Anastrosole (adex), has nothing to do with PCT. Adex is used on cycle to control your test from converting to estrogen. This is to help your protest yourself from estrogen related side effects, but it isn't going to be any type of PCT. PCT can only be run when you come off of gear. When you run a steroid...any steroid, your natural production of test becomes shut down. PCT can only help you when you are no longer taking a steroid. 

Post cycle, you will need to run a full PCT which will include a SERM. I would suggest clomid at 100mg ED for 1 wk. Then 50mg ED for 2 more wks.  

FYI, Based off of this question and the other question you recently posted, I can see that you are very new to running gear. Your dosing is too high. My first cycle was 15mg dbol a day and I gained 20 lbs. Stick around the QA bro and read the other questions people have asked. You need to educate yourself more on gear, so that you don't hurt yourself
