    Hi, for the last two years now i have been consistently training and gaining productively,i have ran the intermediate bulk cycle twice now on dbol/test/deca. i went from 140 to 203 and am now holding in 190s. however im tired of the bulky watery look from that cycle and am now ready to start my next one here in 4weeks. my trainer has recommended tren e/ test 250/ and tbol for the first 4weeks of cycle. however the gyno side affects of the tren tends to worry me and from what i read on cabasear it can be a very potent med. is there any other meds in preventing the gyno and how do you feel about cabasear and what doses do you recommend. just how common is lactation in a 8 to 10 week cycle of tren? would you recommend tren ace or tren e and what levels do you recommend i use per week? or should i try to save the tren for down the road and run a tbol/test/deca this time instead of dbol to prevent that bulky water look. i now have the weight im just looking to cut it without losing it and hopefully gaining more as long as its lean not watery. what do you recommend?? thankyou for your time,thankyou naps, this site has been great to me and my advancement building my body.

    Your look is largely due to diet. Yes, gear will effect your puffiness, but you can still look pretty darn good on what are traditionally considered "bulking" drugs. Just keep that in mind as you move forward. As for lactation and prolactin based gyno, it isn't SUPER common that guys I work with are sensitive to prolactin, but it does happen. Maybe 1 out of 10 has a problem. Changes in sex drive are most common. Guys that actually lactate are fewer, but once again, it does happen. Using caber at .5mg 2x wk is the route I would employ. Caber will take care of issues quikly. It wouldn't hurt to have some on hand. As far as type of tren to use, I would only ever suggest Ace for a first run. It is easy to manage and control. If an issue came up, you can simply skip a couple of shots and you will find relief. With Tren E, it can take wks. 

    But look, all of this said, For lean gains, I would not use Deca or Tren. I would use EQ. EQ is my favorite compound for muscle gains. The side effects are low. The gains are slower than something like deca, but I find the muscle to be "real", less fluid. EQ makes me feel good. Strength and stamina is good. The key is to use it a little longer. I would run it for 16 wks for muscle gains. It takes a little while to really kick in because of the long ester, but as long as you are eating to grow, you can do well. 

    So if you wanted to use Tbol, here is how I would use it, based off of your experience

    1-16

    Test 500mg

    EQ 4-500mg

    adex .5mg 2x wk, more only if needed for estrogen related sides

    1-6

    Tbol 50mg ED
