    How to run my first cycle " very lean bulk"

    I'm planning on running my first cycle and I would like to get an opinion on it. First off before my "full cycle" starts I plan on running Geneza clen for 2 weeks starting at 40mcg and working towards probably 80mcg/day at most. I will continue to run this 10 weeks into my cycle. Should I run ketotifen with it? If so how would I dose it? My plan for my cycle is to run 10-15 weeks of Geneza Test E at 250mg/2 X week, Geneza Arimidex at 1mg/day on M,W,F during and post cycle, and Geneza Clomid at 100mg/day for 4 weeks during pct...I would appreciate any details you would like to include on my cycle (things to change all together or dosages). Thanks so much for the help!!!

    If you follow Project Get Shredded, here at Naps, you'll see my "secrets" for running clen. I would start at 40mcg, then increase by 20mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 120mcg, for a total of no longer than 16 wks, total. No real need for keto, but if you want to use it, 1-2mg, starting around wk 8 won't hurt. 

    As for bulking on clen, its counter productive. Clen is going to burn calories. If you are in a mass gaining phase, these are calories that you could be using toward growth. If you find that you are getting a little too overly fat, you just need to dial your food back a little. Clen and other fat burners are for dieting, when you are trying to create calorie deficit, creating an envioronment where you are consuming LESS calories than you burn. Clen will increase that deficit. Make sense?

    As for your steroid cycle, it looks good. Some guys find that Clomid can create emotional effects similar to estrogen. I would suggest loading it in your system at 100mg for the first wk, then dialing it back to 50mg for the next 2-3 wks.
