    Dear Sir,I need your valuable advice, I practice bodybuilding for 6 years before I did a lot of Cardio, 2 years ago I started to background in bodybuilding program of 1h00 1h30 per session 5 times a week.I decided to prepare an official competition for the month October 2014 as MISS FIGUREI weigh 60kg (off season) with 1m57I began to prepare my cutting cycle, with a very stict diet (no fat or carbohydrates), I have not been down to one kilogram, I am really very upset.I did some hormonal analysis , it turned out that I have high CORTISOL level in the middle of the day .... I'm at 26% Fat 46.3% muscle mass.I would like to know if there is a good cutting cycle to REMOVE my body fat and get 5% Fat.for diet, I make a great effort for removing all fats and carbohydrates, I eat lots of green vegetables, protein Isolate 90%, Amino acides.from the scanner That I made in hospital, my fat mass is much localized on the ASS, inside thighs, and hips a little behind.Thanking you for your prompt reply,my email : fitness.24@hotmail.frAll the best,Celine

    I can't be certain, since I have not seen your program or your progress, but it sounds like you need more than just protein in your diet. I would be interested to know how long you have been eating protein only. A true Keto diet requires a good deal of fat, in order for your body to learn to use fat as fuel. This sounds more like starvation to me. In which case, your body will do everything it can to hold onto fat reserves and break down muscle. The key with dieting is to eat as much as you possibly can, while still losing fat. Sometimes, a person may have to go all the way down to a diet of just protein and veggies, but this should only be for a short time, at the end of the diet, if needed. I believe that more food would correct this issue. You can't eat protein only from now to OCT and expect to maintain size while losing fat.
