If you follow project get shredded, here at Naps, you'll see my "secrests" for clen use. Actually, it's not a secret at all ;) I've been sharing my method for a couple of years now, here on Naps!
I would start with 40mcg and increase by 20mcg every 2 wks. This will help avoid down regulation. Even after the side effects go away, you r clen is still working. Slowly build in the fashion, going no higher than 120mcg, for a total of 12-16 wks, total time on clen.
I would not use T3 unless you are using some gear to help maintain muscle. T3 will eat through muscle and fat alike
