    Hey.. I'm a 30yr 275lbs. I was recommended to this site by a buddy of mine that has used gear b4. He suggested i start with a pre-designed stack. I'm currently dieting (high protein and greens with low to no carbs 6 days a week) and going to the gym 3-4 days a week. I've lost over 35lbs. I still have belly fat that I want to shed but i'm also trying to bulk up on my arms,chest,legs. Any recommendations as to what I should go with? Wether it's pre-designed or custom. (pre-designed he recommended Intermediate Cutting Cycle) I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!!

    If you are currenyly doing it naturally and want to continue making progress, it sounds like a fat burner would help with fat loss and a small amount of gear would help if you want to also work toward more mass. Here is what I would suggest. 

     

    1-12

    Test E 250mg every week, split into 2 shots per wk, so .5cc per shot. 

    adex at .5mg 3x wk

    clen starting at 40mcg and increasing by 20mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 120mcg

    7-12

    Winstrol oral 50mg ED

     

    PCT starts 2 wks after last shot. Clomid 100mg ED for 1 wk, then 50mg ED for 2 more wks
