I prefer to take my dosing before workout instead of after. Here is how I'd do it.
1 hour before training, have a shake, 50g whey, 60g oats, 10g creatine.
15 min before training, take your 2.5iu GH, and 5iu log
Intra workout, shake containing 100g carbs, along with 25g EAA. Begin drinking this once you get in the gym and finish it by the end of the workout.
Right after training, I'll have another 2 scoops whey, along with at least 50g
Within 1 hour, have a solid food meal rich in protein and carbs,
Then get back on your normal meal plan
