The key for you would be to avoid gaining a lot of water. Fluid retention will give you crazy pumps, and your legs, calves especially, will get so pumped, that you can't run, if you are using a lot of "wet" gear. So first things first, we will want to keep estrogen low.
Now, I'm not sure what your goal is. Do you want to be a better runner, or do you want to get bigger or leaner? If you want to be a better runner, just 20-30mg of anavar would help you with athletic performance. This isn't going to help you much with muscle gains though.
If you want to gain lean mass or cut, I would stick to a low dose of test, along with an AI to control water retention. Something like 200mg test cyp, along with .5mg adex EOD for 10 wks. 5mg adex ED if needed. Then for the last 6 wks, possibly add in anavar at 40mg ED.
If you use var only, start PCT 1 day after last pills of var. If you want to use the test cycle, start PCT 2 wks after last shot. PCT would be 100mg ED clomid for 1 wk. Then 50mg ED for 2 more wks.
