For your PCT, Sust will take 3 wks to clear, so I would hold off on your PCT and start it about 3 wks after your last shot.

Not having using peptides before, I think it is important to understand, the results will not be nearly as dramatic as the results from gear. I like to make sure that everyone is aware of that going in. Long term, they can help, but don't expect huge changes over night.

Ok, I would suggest that you use far less IGF LR3 than you have outlined. IGF becomes ineffective over time. The more you use, the quicker it will stop working. I would use 30mcg taken pre workout for 3 wks. Then increase to 60mcg pre workout. Then follow this with 3 wks off. Then repeat.

Remember that IGF is "insulin like" and can make you go a little hypo, so taking some carbs with it is a good idea.

Lastly, if you are using accutane, be sure to get some lab work done before you go back on, to ensure that your liver values are ok.
