Hey bro, for your first real cycle, all you need is some test. Test e or test cyp at 250-500mg is plenty along with a low dose of an AI. You have to know how much protein carbs and fats you need, in order to make your gains. Start with protein. Work on at least 1g per lb of bodyweight. Then add carbs and fats to grow. This will dramatically help your power lifting as well. If you are prone to gyno and wanted to use a "kick start", Tbol might be an option instead of dbol. And I would use the HCG on cycle. Here is how it would look
