Between 100-200mg EW is pretty standard. Everyone is different and will need a slighy different dose to maintain a high normal level of test. As for an AI, most guys will still run some amount of adex on HRT, but that dose varies, depending on your response. Some guys convert to estrogen a lot more than others. I see guys using anywhere from .5mg 1-2x wk, up to .5mg EOD, while on HRT dosing. I wouldn't be a bad idea to get some lab work done to see where you're at, not to mention, check your organ health, so you have a better idea of how to dose your test and adex for HRT, as well as know that you are healthy and ready for the next cycle. Be aware that if you want to use HRT between cycles, this decision is probably going to become a life long path. After a couple of cycles, and HRT between them, your average guy is going to be shut down pretty hard. A 40 yr old may find it harder to recover than someone that is younger and has a stronger natural production. I'm not saying not to go this route. At your age, it MAY be a good idea, if your natural levels aren't as good as they used to be, but just be aware of what you are getting yourself into
