    I just want to run a boldenone solo cycle. I know must recommend running to some test to get better results. In my case I just want to get lean and dry gains with out the water and bloated face that test will produce. Can you share you knowledge on boldenone. Dose and for how long?I'm 6.0 25 years old, 195 lb. 10% bf Thanks

    Using test in your cycle isn't for "getting the best result", bro. It's because your body depends on test to function as a male. Steroids shut your natural test production off. Energy level, libido and ability to perform, agression and drive in the gym...these things all depend on your test levels. Believe me, you don't want low test levels! You can control water retention from test. You just have to understand it a little better. Some of your test converts to estrogen and some to DHT. You can use an AI to control your estogen levels, which is what is responsible for your water retention. Also, how much estrogen you hold is highly related to how much test you have. The more test, the more estrogen, thus the more water. With a low dose of test, along with an AI, you can get bone dry. Believe me. Most competitors are using a decently high dose of test, the day they step on stage, and some of those guys are drier and harder than an average gym goer will ever get. So at the least, use a low dose of test, to support your natural function and add your EQ on that. Remember, test is the base of all of your cycles. Any other steroid is there to help you direct the cycle, into the direction you want to go, IE mass gains, strength, or conditioning. Some guys will find that with EQ and test, they still feel shut down, so if you only want to use an HRT dose, be ready for this, and if it is an issue, you may want to either increase the test.

    Test 250mg EW

    EQ 400mg EW

    adex .5mg 2x wk, more if needed, but remember that too much AI will effect your gains. Its all about having ENOUGH

     

    And don't forget your PCT after the cycle
