    I'm planning on running this cycle and was curios of what would be a good way to end it from weeks 10-16ish and/or any criticing of planned cycle and doses. I have previously used all gear listed below except dbol but never stacked all of them. I'm 26, 220lbs, and around 12 - 14℅ body fat. Looking to put on more muscle mass then cut up. Week 1-4: 40 mg ED of dbolWeek 1-10: 500 mg DECA 200 mg tren e250 mg or less test eOnce a week for all.5 ED or 1mg EOD ArimidexEnding cycle with HCG.And I'll be adjusting carb intake as needed through out cycle.Thank you in advance for your time and knowledge.

    I'm not a fan of the tren and deca combo. I would pick one of the other. They are both 19-Nor based steroids. I might change out the Deca for EQ, EQ is good for mass gains or for getting lean. I dont think that you're going to be able to effectively cut and bulk, getting great results in either direction, in just 10 wks. I think you would be much better off focusing all of your energy in one direction. You can gain a lot of "mass" in 5 wks, but realistically, a lot of that is going to be water and glycogen retention. You need time to cultivate muscle and teach your body to hold on to it. Same goes with cutting. You can only lose so much fat in 5 wks. 

    My suggestion would be to focus on eating lots of clean food try to grow in a cycle. Keep your body fat from getting too out of control. Then when you are ready to really "cut", you won't have to turn your cals down too low, in order to get in shape. That means you can eat more while cutting and the more you can eat, the more muscle you can retain

    So if you wanted to run deca and dbol for your bulk cycle, I'd do it like this :

    1-12

    Test 500mg

    .5mg adex 2x wk to EOD, dosed as needed

    1-10 

    Deca 350-500mg

    1-6

    Dbol 30mg ED

     

    Then when you are ready to cut 

    4-500mg Test

    400mg EQ

    250mg Tren E 

    adex .5mg EOD
