    I'm a 41 year old male who lifts regularly I am 6 foot 4 inches tall 260 pounds at about 24 percent body fat my goal is to bulk up and get my body fat down below 10% which of the predesigned stacks or cycles on this site would you suggest I start with first this is my first cycle

    Hey bro, 

    Here is some food for thought. In order to add new muscle, you need to eat more cals than it takes to remain where you are at. In the process, you are likely to gain more body fat, in most cases. It can be a tough line to walk, gaining muscle, while losing fat, but it can be done, especially when your fat % is high. The key is going to be eating very clean. Eating a high cal diet of clean foods will work but it isn't going to take you to 10%. There will come a time that your gains will slow/stop, if you are eating low enough to continue to drop fat. Transforming like this is going to take a long time because you aren't eating low enough cals to shed the fat quickly. but not eating enough to max your potential gains. 

    I'd suggest that you do focus on eating as much clean food as you can while still losing fat, but I would make fat loss the priority. At 260, 24%, you are holding 60 lbs of fat. So clean the diet up, get on a strict eating schedule and remember, gear isn't going to burn fat. It's going to help you maintain and grow muscle, allowing you to diet harder, when the % goes down. For your first cycle, I would try to get a little leaner before you start. You aren't going to be able to lose 14% fat safely in a 10 wk time period. The leaner you are when you start, the leaner you will be able to get when you finish.  I would do as follows :

     

    Start with a cycle of ECA before you start your gear. Run this for 1 month and get your diet tuned in. 


    Then start a 12 wk cycle of :

    Wk 1-12

    250mg Test E

    .5mg Adex EOD 

    clen, starting at 40mcg and adding 20mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 120mcg

    Wk 6-12

    Winstrol oral 50mg ED

     

    PCT starts 2 wks after your last shot
