There is a new idea thats been floating around, taking a TON of tren while keeping test low. Some guys are claiming that they suffer less side effects this way. I don't buy that. Tren is such a powerful androgen and can cause major damage in your body. Kidney damage and liver damage are very real and can be a fact that guys have to deal with, taking high doses of tren. My suggestion is to treat tren with a lot of respect and dose it conservatively, not trying to figure out how much you can take, but figure out how little you can take, while still getting great results. 

Test is going to be a lot safer and cause far less side effects. I believe it should be the base of your cycles. Then if you want to use tren to add to your cycle, add it in at 50mg to 100mg tren ace, EOD. If you have not used it before, start with 50mg. For guys that want to use tren e, start with ace, so you can see how tren effects you. Then in your next tren cycle, use tren E at 300mg, 400mg tops
