If she can use clen, I would start out with clen, to help with fat loss. If she is already on a good diet and cardio plan along with some good training, clen will help. See how she does with that for 10-12 wks. She should make huge changes in that time frame.
Start with 20mcg ED, in the AM and increase by 20mcg, going everything 2 wks. When she gets to 100mcg, stop going up and stay at that dose for the rest of the planned cycle. If after that, she wants to try steroids, make sure that she is aware of the sides that can happen to femles while taking male sex hormones. If thats a risk she is willing to tkae, then more opwer to her. Just remember than clen is a fat burner and will help with fat loss, giving better shape and tone. Var on the other hand, will mainly only help with muscle gain. It will, in itself, not get her leaner and harder. The diet is the key for that
