    Is it necessary to do a PCT after 500mg Sust / 300mg Deca per week (12 weeks) when I'll be returning to my usual 100mg of test cyp weekly? I am 50 and this was my first blast. Thanks...

    For someone that uses HRT, there is no reason to do PCT. PCT puts your body in an optimal environment to recover. If you are on HRT, there is no need for this. All you have to do is wait a couple of wks, then go back to your standard 100mg EW of cyp. Give youself a good break before going back on, and I'd suggest you get some labs done before you go back on cycle, checking your cholesterol and organ health.
