    31 m 6'2" 180 lbsIm looking to add and keep 20 lbs of lean muscle. I saw this cycle and was wondering if this would get it done or if its too weak. I lift heave about 4 days a week and do crossfit 3 days. Some days are two a days so I am getting restdays in my week as well. Any help on what to do for 10+ weeks that wont hurt my cardio but will had big gains and alos suggestions on what to eat.     Hey bro, thats a lot of training that you are doing. This may make it harder to produce gains. Hard to say without seeing you and knowing all the details of your plan/life and diet. Just be aware of this and try to find a balance. And of course, every has different limits. One guy may grow while another finds he can't build muscle or gain fat with all of the out put. As for what to eat, for general staring points, I would get at least 1.5g of protein per lb. Then add carbs and fats to grow. 

    As for gear, you are probably going to find that the drol is going to make you hold a ton of water. This will certainly effect your cardio. If you do want to use it, I'd stick with 50mg. Thats plenty to make some good changes. I would also throw in a low dose AI through the cycle to keep you tighter and keep estrogen from going too high.
