At 248, 19%, you are holding more than 70 lbs of fat. You can only lose fat so quickly, and at this amount of fat, I'm going to guess that your diet needs some serious work. I don't mean to scare you with this, but I do want to light a fire under you. By 20 wks out, you'll want to be working on fat loss.
