So steroids in performance. Great topic and one that doesn't get covered enough. A lot of times, I see guys going to the boards and looking for info on using gear for MMA or track and they are led to believe that they need to run much more gear than they need to, in order to become better at their sport. The truth is, sometimes, a bodybuilding cycle may actually get in the way of being a good athlete. Too much muscle, bulk, or water can slow you down, change the way your body moves. Perfect example. I will never be good at bowling. My damn lats get in the way, every time I try to throw the ball down the alley. Believe me, it's not a pretty sight! Same is true for a pitcher or a batter. Fluid can slow down a runner or wind a fighter. Plus, to get more strength, power and speed, you just don't need the doses it takes to grow freaky, unnatural volumes of muscle.
A good place...one of the best places to start, is Anavar. Var will not change your body mass much, but it will increase your strength to a high degree. For strengthand power, 30mg ED would be a good place to start. After a couple of wks, you will have noticed increased strenth and recovery. I'd keep the cycle under 8 wks, 4-6 wk at a time would be better, IMO. Short time on, then do your best to maintain your new strength without the gear. Remember that just because you are using a low dose, doesn't mean you don't need PCT. After you come off the var, I would run a PCT just like anyone else would.

Anavar 30mg ED
PCT starts the day after Var ends. 100mg ED Clomid for 1 wk. Then 2 wks Clomid 50mg ED
See how it goes then come back and report your findings. From there, we can come up with a plan for round 2!
