    Time off
    on: 2014-09-21 07:38:06
I am 23 years old coming off my first cycle of test e at 500mgs per week. I was around 180 when I started I am 210 now, I am naturally lean and I have been lifting for 7-8 years but I just recently within a year or so started eating right. I am going to run nolva 40mgs per day for first 2 weeks and 20mgs for next 2 weeks. My question is, is it absolutely mandatory to spend the same time on as time off with a fairly mild cycle such as this? Just for your information if it matters I plan to run test e and deca with a dbol for first 6 weeks in my next cycle. Thanks for all you do for us, this Q&A has really helped me a lot and answered many questions I have had over the years.

Your best bet to know if you have recovered is to get lab work done. "Time on = Time off" is a rule of thumb guys use that dont get labs. Not the smartest idea. You can have low test and not even know it. No matter how much or little gear you take, it can/will shut you down. The longer you're shut down, the harder it can be to recover. If you aren't recovered and hit a bigger cycle, especially including deca, you could be shut down even harder. If you want to speed the process up, use HCG on your cycle and then stop it for PCT. This will make a difference in how fast your body kicks back on.
