    When using Proviron how much would you recommend taking daily.

    I would suggest using 50mg ED Prov, to start. See how it works for you at that dose. I've seen an effect at 25, when it comes to improved libido, but if muslce hardness is the goal, I would go with at least 50mg. 100mg if needed
