personally, i dont use tren until the last 8 wks. i'd start 16 wks out with sust and eq and then at 6 wks, i would drop the EQ and add in tren ace and masteron p. i find that the fast acting tren and mast work better for contest prep. you can run the sust all the way in, but be aware that you are going to need to use an AI to control estrogen and at the end, you might need to take high doses of your AI to dry out, depending on how much sust you use. if you want to avoid that, you can switch to test prop for the last 6 wks. just make sure you use the same amount of test you had been using all along. i would also add an oral hardener at the end, either halo or winny
