    Firefighter starts to supp w/ winn

    I'm 28male 196lbs 6ft. Firefighter. Starting a win cycle never taking it before..they tabs. I'm trying to get in shape and look good with shirt off. Great abs, look lean with a strong look. Nothing to crazy. U think win is a good start and should I take something with it? Let me know I also need a good eating plan any help on that too? I should get the win in a week or 2, how should I run it?

    I would prefer that anyone who were using a cycle, to have at least a small dose of test as the base. Then from there, add a little winstrol in at the end to push your conditioning that much harder. I'd also use adex to control the small test dose, to help keep water retention off. If leanness is your goal, adding ina fat burner like clen would make a difference. 

    Of course, diet is critical in all of this. I can't just tell you what you need to eat to get lean because it is based off of your individual needs. Some guys require a lot more food than others. Some have to go keto, while others cycle and still, there are guys that just have to put mild limits on their carbs. If you are getting at least 300g protein, then start with 200 carbs and 100g of fat, then see how you respond. Start pulling nutrients as needed and you will see yourself getting leaner. From there it would take a more critical evaluation to say what the steps would be to get you where you want to be. So asking around to experienced guys you trust can sometimes be a good plan. It can also back fire when you follow several people and their advice cancels eachothers out. Figure out what you need to reduce and watch your body as it responds.
