i've run high, moderate and low doses of igf. the lower doses are what i like. i find that i stay sensitive to it longer. when i ran 75mcg a day, i saw it not working as well after 3, 4 wks. when i've run 25 mcg post workout, i seem to be able to go about 8 wks, getting a smaller but continuous effect. i'd much rather take the longer route than try to slam as much in as i can for a short time.
