    Hey man how's it going? I have run about 8 cycles over the years and just got all my gear lined up to start my next. I have read a lot of your advice in this column and I am running Adex for the first time so I wanted to clarify the amount I should be taking with this cycle?Here is what I plan to runWeeks 1-10-Test enth 500mg week (Mon/Thurs)-Tren enth 400mg week (Mon/Thurs)-Clen 40mcg ED increase 20mcg every 2 weeks until at 120mcg-Adex .5mg EODWeeks 5-10-Winny 50mg ED split into 2 dosesPCT-Nolvadex 3 days after last shot 60 mg day 1, 40mg week 1, 20mg 2 more weeksPlease let me know what you think about the cycle in general to put on some lean muscle and also if I need to up the Adex to .5 ED?Thanks bro!

    Your cycle looks good for cutting. A couple things... Start your PCT 2 wks after your last shots of test and tren e. These are long esters. They require more time to clear before you can start PCT. Everything else looks like a solid cutting plan. I would suggest you start the adex at .5mg EOD. Then if you want to get drier, increase to .5mg ED.
