    So my friend is 24 years old an has been on trt since he 20 the doctor prescribed him 200mgs of test cyp every ten days. He came to me because he wants to start a cycle. I was thinking since he has been taking test cyp for such along time he should probably switch to test E at a higher dose at 500mgs a week he is a bigger guy 6'4 240 pounds. My question if he runs a ten week cycle how should he taper off onto his normal trt regiment an also should he use any sort of pct???

    Great plan actually. I would also consider using some adex on the cycle at a low dose. Then when he is ready to come off, all he will need to do is wait a couple of wks and then go back to his normal dosing. No need for PCT. PCT is used to recover natural production, but for him, this is not a concern. He should however, be concerned with lab work. Since he never comes off, he needs to keep an eye on his health...as we all should...and get lab work done about 4 times a year
