Welp, if you want to gain size, you'll have to give up being "shredded". That is, shredded, as i would define it. I wouldn't go above 10-11% in the off season. You don't want to add so much fat that it takes more effect than it's worth, to get ripped again. But growing is about adding more food than you need to maintain your current size. I'd save both the primo and tren for dieting down and lean more toward something like EQ for mass gains. You can look pretty good on Test/EQ while adding mass as long as your diet and training are in order. Then when you're ready to shift gears in the following cycle, tren OR primo would work very weill with some test and maybe a little winstrol at the end, to help dry out.
Its a process. One step at a time. There are no great BBer that was built in a year. This is a long term project!
