I would advise to have your blood work done before taking accutane in general, running IGF or not! Maybe you misunderstood my response to the question you are referring to, but IGF probably won't cause any added liver stress, the way AAS will. And on that note, it's not just the orals. Injectable AAS causes liver strain as well. Especially the faster ester drugs. 

Either way, if you are considering using accutane, make sure that everything is functioning well and be careful when lifting. It can dry your joints out and make you more prone to injury
