First off, I want to start by putting it out there that I'm no Dr but my main concern about gear and kidney function is that androgens can lead to high blood pressure, as can fluid retention from estrogen created by highly aromatizing steroids. If you decided to run a steroid, you would need to keep a very close eye on this. Being of a conservative mind, I suggest that guys find a Dr who is AAS friendly, to help watch how their body responds. This may be even more important for you. As for growth, your risks would be much less, but with GH alone, I wouldnt expect AAS like gains. I would expect fat loss and...as much as i hate the word, a "toning" effect. At your age, there is a good chance that you could benefit from TRT. If you were to combine a small dose of test, around TRT dosing, or just above, and combined it with growth, you could make some decent gains over a longer period of time. It might be worth going in for some labs and seeing where your test levels are. If you were to qualify for TRT and decided that it was a choice you wanted to make for the long haul, going on a low dose, around 200-250mg a wk, combined with a high quality GH could give you a good hormonal foundation to grow for years to come. Just make sure to keep up on your health and stay away from powerful androgens and drugs that will make you hold lots of water. Oh, make sure to keep an eye on that BP and check in with a Dr for labs regularly.
