Any of the DHT based drugs would work well for added strength, without adding mass. I would stay away from winstrol, as it dries the joint sout and can effect your ability to perform. A good choice for something that works quick may be a low dose of anavar, say 30mg ED. This would produce added strength and increase recovery. Another interesting direction may be EQ. You'd have to be careful with it, as EQ in bodybuilding doses will add to weight gain. But EQ will increase RBC. My endurance goes way up when EQ is in my cycle. That could be great for you!! For BB, I would suggest 400-600mg EW. So if this sounds like something that might be of interest, you might want to start at 200mg EW. Then see how you respond. The ester in EQ is very long, so it will take some time to build up. I would give it 6 wks. Then if you find you want to increase, take it to 300mg EW. Once you have stopped using EQ, the RBC effect will linger on for some time, 4-6 wks. It may be worth using in an off season phase, then coming off of it before a race, to lose any added fluid but maintain an increased RBC. Many sprinters use gear in this fashion. They go on during their power building phase, at times getting slightly slower, only to discontinue the drug in time to run their event at a lighter weight, but maintaining strength. Kind of a 2 steps forward, 1 step back approach. Not as powerful as they were when "on" but still stronger than they would be otherwise
