I have noticed a definite increase in aggression when using halo, even from day one. 20mg, the day of a meet may make a small difference. Even if it were not an increase in actual strength, the aggression could add to your lift. I would give it a trial run, a couple wks out from the meet, to see how you respond. On your trial run, I'd take 10-20mg, 2 hours before training. See how you respond. See how quickly it begins to increase aggression...or see if it does effect aggression at all. It may not have the same effect on you, as it does on me. See how it effects your blood pressure as well. Then on the day of the meet, take up to 20mg, a couple hours before your lifts, if the trial run goes well. Since you are only taking 2 doses, there is no need for PCT
