i'm not too keen on the oral tren and dbol combined. both are at pretty high doses and both can do quite a number on your body. i would not use more than one oral at a time. before you think about adding peptides, i think the issue is with your diet. 3500 cals is not really that much food. running a gram of test, you should be growing like theres no tomorrow still. i would focus on more carbs. see what happens if you up your overall cals to 5000. i'd slowly add more food and more food, until you see that you're gaining more fat than lean tissue. then back it off just a small amount. keep growing and as your gains slow, add more food again. for true ecto's, the whole idea of what a "normal" amount of food is, needs to change. whats too much? for a true ecto, it may be hard to find your outside limit. get creative. it might be hard to add 200 more carbs per day of brown rice, but its easy to eat things like fruit or cereal. and remember, the number of cals you eat always needs to increase, as you get bigger.
also, it needs to be noted that your body is only going to grow so fast for so long. as you get bigger, the gains slow. i've found that i grew in spurts.i might put on 10 lbs in 8 months, but then it was almost as if my body felt tapped out for awhile and i had to get used to holding that weight before i could go back in and again another 8 lbs.
as for peptides, a good place to start for new growth is igf-lr3. 50mcg taken 4 wks on, 2 wks off, taken IM post workout, will help to shuttle more nutrients to the muscle and help evoke growth. its also great to use during PCT. personally, i use a little less, around 30mcg post workout. the low dose seems to work longer than when i run 50mcg. i use it 5x wk, post workout, and go through 1mg, then take 3 wks off. then go back on
