    unsafe hgh practice?

i'm a 43 year old male who's been at this awhile. I usually cycle twice per year, one heavy, one lighter for approx. 16wks each or so, and 8-12 weeks off in between.my question is, through all of this, due to age and shitty eating habits at times, I stay on 5iu for most of the year...probably all but 8-12. at that dosage, should I be worried about enlarging of heart, since we all have elevated bp to start with, working heart even harder...ie bigger. pct has been taking longer, but I still have some natural test, so ive been putting off trt due to all the bloodwork one should get once you start down that slope. so hgh has been the crutch.

I would be more worried about the cycles causing issues with heart enlargement than the GH. When I say "worried", I would freak out about it. I would just pay attention. I get an EKG once a year. I have left ventricular hypertrophy. Everyone here probably does. It isn't always a bad thing. Any athlete on or off gear, that is pushing hard in their sport will have developed the heart, which is a muscle. My enlargement is considered to be an "athletic heart" at this point. The key is to continue to have your heart checked at least once a year, so that you can watch for signs of abnormal growth. It isn't the hypertrophy itself that is the issue. It's the speed at which it changes.
