I know you mentioned in your previous post that as for now, your test levels are good. Be aware that running gear can change that. The older guys have a harder time recovering but worst case, at your age, HRT is very common and you can keep your test levels optimal for years to come.
As for a cycle, 250-500mg test cyp or test e, every week, would work very well, as long as your diet and training are in check. Here is how I would lay it out. Don't forget to do a solid PCT, starting 2 wks after last shot!
wk 1-12
Test, split into 2 weekly shots
adex .5mg 2x wk to EOD, as needed
HCG 250iu 2x wk
PCT : Clomid 100mg for 1 wk, then 2 more wks at 50mg
