You may not need that much adex. Remember that too much will dry you out and kill your estrogen off. Especially if strength is your main concern, you don't want to be too dry. Fluid will help you to push more weight and it will also pad your joints. I'd start with less and see how you do. If you need more, then increase. But IME, with your cycle, many guys wouldn't need any more than .5mg EOD. This is individual though. There are some guys that need more and some that need less. And when you get to PCT, there is no need to reduce estrogen further by increasing the dose. This won't make you recover any faster. Whatever is working on cycle, I would continue running that dose up to PCT
