    Endurance Athlete First Stack Questions

    I am a competitive bike racer. It is currently my offseason and I am looking to add strength, lose bodyfat, and increast my endurance, and add to my hemocrit levels. I think the followng gear would be of benefit . Test Cyp, HGH, Clen, T3, EPO. What are your thoughts on a good stack. I am not worried about out of season testing but come April 2015 I will need to be reay to test. I don't want to add weight, I am 6'1 184 and about 14% BF. I would like to get down to about 164 and sub 8% BF at some point next year but keep or add to my strength and endurance. Thoughts?Thanks for your help!

    T3 and clen won't increase your performance. They will help you to get leaner, which at 14%, you could probably use. I imagine that lowering your body fat would increase performance. Figure you are carrying about 20 lbs of non lean tissue now. If you were to reduce that by 7 lbs, I'm sure you would be able to move faster. Not sure if you have ever been in the low single digit body fat %'s before, but it can be hard to get there while maintaining muscle and it can be uncomfortable too. Everyone seems to have their own set point, where once they drop below it, they'll start to feel bad and get weaker. The more times you diet down, the further you can usually push your body fat. So just be aware of this going in. Getting to 7% and functioning comfortablly can be harder for some than others.

     As for test, you'll want to be very careful with your dosing. A bodybuilding dose will add weight quickly, in the form of water. Just keep the dose around 250mg EW, split into 2 injects and be sure to use an AI to keep estrogen controlled and to keep water weight low. GH will also cause you to gain water at higher doses. Not sure how high you want to go, but take it slow. Start with 2iu ED and only increase by .iu every couple of weeks until you reach your goal dose. As for EPO, I can't advise you. Even in a medical setting, there is no set dose. It will tell you that, right on the insert. They give you some, then test your blood every day, until you have reached optimal levels. Go above that and your blood turns to sludge and you have a stroke. A safer method of raising RBC is to use EQ. It will increase RBC to a dangerous level if you aren't watching it and donating blood. Start lower around 300mg and have labs done every several wks to see where you're at. And remember that it takes time to have an effect, so wait to see what your RBC is to around 6 wks in.

    test 250 EW split into 2 shots

    EQ 2-300mg EW, in 2 shots

    adex .5mg EOD

    clen starting at 40mcg, increasing by 20mcg every 2 wks going no higher than 120mcg

    4-16

    t3 starting at 25mcg adding 12.5mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 50 to 75mcg, then reverse off the same way

    Your results are going to come down to diet! You can gain a lot of weight and fluid or you can stay lean, dry and get harder, gaining only muscle while losing fat
