Yes, EQ is one of my favorite compounds. It's anabolic effect is great for gaining lean quality muscle with lower side effects, but it's also not going to flood your body with fluid, making it suitable for cutting body fat. On a diet, EQ keeps me full and very vascular. It is more mild than deca IME, so the dose can be pushed a little harder without as many sides. For a more experienced guy, 200mg EOD works well, but it also works at lower doses, especially for a guy like yourself, where EQ is brand new to your body. 4-500mg would work. The main drawback that I see, is that due to the long ester, it can take a lower time to show "gains" and as you'd imagine, the higher the dose, the faster you see results. Don't get me wrong, it is working in your body from the day of your first injection, but expect several wks, 4-6, before you can really tell it's working strongly. Because of this, running it for longer isn't a bad idea. You should be able to keep seeing progress with it easily through 16 wks. That isn't to say that 12 wks wouldn't be ok. I just feel that at 12 wks, it isn't quite tapped out yet. You'll have to weigh this out for yourself. Is it worth the extra month of being "on". Thats a lot of extra time and the longer you are on, the harder it can be to recover. If you stick to 12 wks, you can do well. Also, because of the long ester, it will take longer to clear your system. If you are using Test E or Cyp, you can take advantage of this time by running test for 1 wk longer than your EQ, then starting PCT 2 wks after your last inject of test.
About dbol. If you are planning to cut, I would leave the Dbol out. Dbol has a high conversion to estrogen and estrogen is more likely to make you store fat. In a fat loss diet, I would start the test and EQ with no kick start. Think of dieting as the reverse of how you would run a bulk cycle. Instead of the kick start, I would focus on fat loss, cardio, diet, ect and then add a hardener to the end of the cycle, when cals are at the lowest, cadio is at the highest and you are at the greatest risk of muscle loss and or flatness. The added hardener will give you more anabolic support, plus it will help give you a more dramatic cosmetic effect, drying and hardening your now lean muscle. Something like Winstrol at 40-60mg orally, ED for the last 6 wks, leading into PCT. I would split your winstrol into 2 daily doses, as it has an 8-10hour half life. Keeping hormone levels stable tends to reduce side effects.
