Hey bro, looks like a decent plan to me. I'm not a huge fan of doing a cut and bulk in the same cycle. I feel it takes a long time to make real, lasting solid muscle gains. So personally, I like to take most of my year to add more muscle, then spend 16 wks cutting for a contest. Once I'm dieting, I know I'm not going to be able to grow like I can when the food intake is higher. As I was saying to a client just yesterday, I have a long term vision. I know this sport takes time, so I'm willing to create my training plans 1 year at a time. Some people aren't able to think that far out, espeically the younger guys. I meet kids that want to start taking gear and competing the same week they get their gym membership! haha. But anyway, the way I see it, 8 wks isn't a long time to grow. And 8 wks isn't a lot of time to cut. I'm just afriad you won't be able to make massive gains and you also won't be able to get super lean, in the amount of time you have. So just food for thought, I would suggest using this cycle to add lean mass without letting yourself overly fat, keeping food intake as high as possible. Then on the next cycle, use the mast, var and win as part of a diet cycle to really cut up, giving yourself 12-16 wks of dieting. Just something to think about. If your heart is set on doing things this way, I'm sure you can make some progress in both directions, but mainly, I'd just like to encourage you to think about the longer term, bigger picture.
