It depends on how you are using your clen. I would suggest running it starting at 40mcg, then adding 20mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 120mcg, for a total length of use no longer than 12 wks. If you are running it this way, I would start the ben around wk 6-8 at 25-50mg before bed. Personally, I don't think that ben or keto is needed when using clen like this, but it won't hurt and the ben will help with sleep
