    Im looking to bulk up for Wrestling. I plan on bulking up with the basic beginner 10 week cycle with less test (250-350mg test + 4 weeks of 20-40mg of dbol + anti estro) then I planned to have a cut cycle (200-350mg test+ anavar + anti estro) after my hormone producing recovers from the previous cycle. I also plan to have my laps done before and after. I understand that I will never be as big of as cut while I come off these cycles, but1. I was wondering if I added HGH (after the cycles) at a certain dosage would hold these gains. 2. Is this a good idea or not? If so what would be better. Thanks Guys where can I donate!?

    Hey bro, 

    The number one thing that will hold muscle is diet, long term, doing all the right nutritional stuff over an extended period of time. You can look prettu good off gear. Of course not as awesome as on, but get that diet nailed, keep workin on it, tweaking the results, and you can hold a lot. Much of this is trial and error when you're learning how to use gear. Next, good recovery post cycle. The faster you can regain natural test, the better you can hold your gains. Some HCG on cycle never hurts and follow up with a solid PCT.

    GH may help but of course it isn't going to be as dramatic as taking AAS. And remember that GH is a long term thing. You won't see results from it in a period of wks. It'll take staying on for sevral months, to see a good response. GH and IGF-LR3 would be even better. A nice thing about IGF is, it can be used for short periods. I have used it on its own through PCT and after. It's given me good pumps and helped me maintain fullness. That might be something you want to look into . IGF produces results faster. Part of what GH does is raise IGF levels and that is the main mechanism that GH can cause muscle growth. They can work on their own or together. 

    For your goals with GH, I would use at least 2iu, but try to get it closer to 4iu ED.  With IGF, 30mcg pre workout for 3 wks. 60mcg pre workout for 3 wks,. then 3 wks off
