Your plan looks good. It may be a typo, or you may be confused, but you wrote " Nolvadex 1mg each week". You want to use an AI like arimidex on cycle to protect from estrogen. Dosing for your cycle would probably be around .5mg 3x wk to EOD. Nolvadex is a SERM, which doesn't stop estrogen from being produced. It only stops is from attaching to certain receptors. And Nolva can cause issues with procaltin while on Deca, so I would stay away from it during this cycle. Everything else looks great.
