    What would you recommend for a cycle for me, im lean and have a hard time gaining weight/size im 185lb and would like to get bigger, diet is the worst for me and i know thats key i have been reading the post and have got a lot of new info, i have been on/off for over 5yrs i have tren200,sus250,cyp200,deca300,enant250, what would be a good cycle and for how long, also would like to see about peptides and insulin, Thanks for your time

    If you've been reading the QA, then you know, diet is the end all, be all. Basically, the word anabolic means, more protein going into the muscle cell than leaving it. An anabolic steroid will increase the amount of protien that CAN go into a muscle cell, but if you aren't delivering that protein, you will not make the jaw dropping gains you want. I often ask myself, "Am I doing everything I can to make the best possible gains?". This is a big question and sometimes its hard to face the reality that I'm not. No one is perfect and it's impossible to eat perfectly every day 365 days a year, but you can be honest with yourself and strive to get closer to perfect. Each day, I ask myself that question and if the answer is no, I look at whats going wrong and what I can do to fix it. Thankfully, we can all always start a day over and find sollutions. It sounds like you know there is a problem, so my challenge to you is to give me. If you want this, put more into it. 5 years is a long time. For most average people, it's enough time to gain some pretty serious muscle. Don't get caught up in the past though. It's over. Just remember, the next 5 years could just as easily go by and you still may not be over 200 lbs lean. OR YOU COULD! It all comes down to making the next right decission, today. 

    We all can always learn more, so stick around the QA, read about diet and ask questions, Better yet, if you need a plan and structure, hire me or another knowledgeable coach to lay out the plan. Then all you need to do is follow it. There are ways to get around poor apetite, but the key is building it up and making you hungry. It requires work, just like getting stronger in the gym, it takes consistent effort. The good news is, anyone that wants it bad enough, can do it ;)

     

    So anyway, I know that wasn't your exact question, haha, but I felt compelled. Lets talk cycles. I'm a big fan of sust for muscle gain. It works fast and adds water quickly. That would be my test of choice for a mass program. Next an anabolic. You've got Deca. That would be great. If you want to get some dbol and throw it in for the first 6 wks, that'll kick start the program nicely. Here is how I would lay it out. 

    1-14

    Sust 500mg EW

    adex .5mg 2x wk to EOD as needed

    1-12

    Deca 400mg

    1-6

    Dbol 30mg ED

    PCT is 3 wks after last shot
