tren can be a great drug, no question about it. i do think that the guys on the internet make it out to be a lot greater than it actually is. they can also make it out to be a lot worse than it is too. the problem with running tren e for 5 wks is that you really didnt run it long enough to see the side effects take strong hold. you may have been just fine, but IMO, you would have had a better idea of how it'd effect you after another few wks. most people, including myself, suggest going with tren ace for a first run, in case the sides are rough. that way, you can reduce dose quickly and feel better in a few days.
side effects can be dose related, and yes, too often, guys are running way too much tren. its a strong drug and IMO, theres no reason for an average rec bodybuilder to use a ton of the stuff. honestly, i never see guys talking about low doses of tren, but in the past, i had seen results running about 25mg ED. at my level, i do run more than that now, but when i was younger in the sport and smaller, i saw some good effects at that dose.
tren is great for strength and with strength can come mass, if you are eating enough food. its also a good hardener. it can be used for either cutting or bulking but for myself, i find that i do much better making gains on anabolics like deca and eq. i save the tren for contest season. i can run drugs like EQ for longer periods of time without throwing my labs as far out of wack.
