Interesting choice in cycle. I like it. 1 Test Cyp is an interesting compound. 4-600mg EW is where I would dose it and yes, 16 wks would be the shortest amount of time I would run it. It takes some time to kick in, but when it does, it reminds me of a drier EQ. I find good vascularity, roundness, yet not a lot of water. I've run GP 1TC right into a contest with minimal water retention. I've also used it for off season. I found that I'd rather use EQ during off season. I like the increase in appetite and the added fluid, but when dieting, 1TC is a pretty cool compound. I'm sure that the addition of tren e and Dbol will help to drive up your gains. Still, outside of the Dbol, I wouldn't consider this an all out mass cycle. If you're eating enough, you can grow on anything though.
As for caber, a standard dose is .5mg 2x wk. If you are using 200mg Tren, if you need caber, you may be able to run it a little lighter, between .5 to .25mg 2x wk.
