If you're trying to gain, a little fat is going to gather, if you are eating above maintance cals. You hit the nail on the head. It's all going to come down to diet. If you figure out your needs, you can grow without getting overly fat, and still reach your full potential for this cycle. I would start by adding some protein. On gear, your body can use much more protein efficiently. So start there, taking your protein to 275g. Then watch your response and begin adding more carbs and fats. I feel that you should be able to get fats closer to 100. Carbs are very individual but at your size, I'd imagine you can eat more than 200g.
If gaining muscle is your main goal, not doing a cut, then I'd leave the clen out. All it would do is eat into the food that you could be using to grow, requiring you to need to eat more.
Be sure to use some adex and run a PCT after the cycle
