aion: 2014-12-19 01:28:13Hey bro. Thanks for all your help. So im gonna do my first cycle. Test e 500 mg a week for 12 weeks. Im gonna start adex on day 1 at .25 mg and continue eod. So what do I do if I start getting bad signs (gyno)? Would I start using a serm withthe adex? or would it be a better idea to use a stronger ai and not use adex at all? Also how long do I continue touse the ai. So I continue using ai up to pct or discontinue ai after last pinn of test? Any suggestions and recommendations would be great

Looks like a good plan. If you start to get signs of gyno, you aren't taking enough Adex (AI). If you catch it very early, say you sense the begining of itchiness around the nipple, or tenderness, then you can probably shut it down by taking 1mg adex right away and then increasing the dose from where it was. I'm pretty expereinced with dealing with things like this and I can catch it early. If you are unsure or want to be extra careful, you can always take some Nolva (SERM) right away. I'd take 20-40mg and then 20mg for the next few days. At the same time, I would increase the adex to a higher dose. After several days, you should be ok to stop the nolvadex and rely on the now increased dose of adex.
As for when to stop your AI, I would run it right up to PCT.
