    Week 1-12: 500 mg test eweek 1-12: aiweek 14-16: pctHey bro. So thats my cycle. I need some help with an ai. For one ive never used aas so I have no idea how prone I am to gyno. My bf% is between 20-21% so I think that puts me at a higher risk for side effects right? So at first I was thinking adex but the more I think about it im leaning towards aro. Ive heard a lot about the rebound effect thats possible when using adex and I dont want that and aros a suicidal inhibitor so ive been thinking it mite be better for me. Can you give me your thoughts on this. I really appreciate it man

    Yes, guys that have more fat tend to have more issues with water retention and gyno IME. I would still use adex. Personally, I dont think that arom is strong enough. It works good for guys that don't need much AI but for others, it can take a lot more to control estrogen. I've never seen a rebound effect with adex. Thats more with letro. With your BF%, I would lean toward .5mg EOD through the cycle, right up to PCT
