Assuming you mean 500mg Test EW. For your next cycle, you could do the same cycle along with 400mg EQ or 300mg deca. I would also run a low dose AI while running these bulking plans. 

For PCT, 100mg clomid ED for 1 wk, then 2 wks at 50mg ED. For this cycle, start PCT 2 wks after last shot. If you use EQ or Deca in the next cycle, start 3 wks after last shot. You may also want to use HCG 250iu 2x wk, through the cycle to help recovery, running it up to a few days before PCT starts
