Hey, im not a dr. And i did not have any bloodwork done. But im 36 and have all the symptoms of low T. I workout 6 days a week and do lots of running on the teadmill(30 miles a week). Weight train and bodyweight exercises. So im diagnosing myself with low T, because of the symptoms, lack of sleep, overtraining, no sex drive, buncha stuff, but anyways, im gonna take 250 mg test cyp a week(2 125mg shots a week). Is this a good idea? Does it sound like a little to much? Also would you recomend an antiestrogen or anything like that. I plan on staying on test for a very long time(years). You have a very informative column, and any feedback would be helpful im sure. Thanks

Firs thing I would do is get the lab work done before you start. Then you will have a baseline and know if your test really is low. If it is, then running PCT and coming off after your cycle may not be as beneficial as continuing on, long term, replacing your test. And if you don't have low test, you'll know that it is something else. No matter what, there is a chance that running test will make you feel better, but you don't want to take a drug to mask a problem that you don't understand. Lets say your test is normal. The problem may be with something else, like your thyroid, for instance. Running gear or not, you'd want to have that in order so that long term, you feel more like yourself long term. If you don't have a dr, check out a site like http://www.privatemdlabs.com/, where you can order any blood work you want and have your blood work drawn locally, at a lab near you. You can pay cash and avoid getting insurance involved, if you like.

As for your cycle, thats a good plan for a first 12 wk run. I would also use .5mg adex, probably 2x wk, more if needed to control estrogen. Then of course, do a solid PCT after. 2 wks after last shot, 100mg clomid for 1 wk. Then 50mg ED for 2 more wks.
